Take two halves of the main body, apply epoxy or superglue and align two halves as shown above.
Clamp two halves if necessary and wait for glue to set.
Take the main body and handle. Using Epoxy glue attach the handle to the main body as shown above. You can use Hot glue, but epoxy glue will be the strongest. Leave for the glue to set.
Now attache the Muzzle Flash to the barrel using Epoxy glue as shown above. The muzzle flash has a a screw like bit that points to the bottom. Leave for the glue to set.
Now take two parts for the scope attachment and Glue them together as shown above. This will be holding the scope therefore I suggest you use epoxy glue as this needs to be strong. Now leave this to set.
Now you can glue the Scope attachment to the right side of the blaster like shown above. Main body has a cutouts for the scope attachment to sit and assist you in alignment. This also should be glued using epoxy glue, but hot glue can be an alternative. Leave the it for the glue to set.
Now take the scope and glue it to the scope attachment as shown above make sure the zoom dial on top of the scope is in horizontal position. and that the end of the scope is aligning with the muzzle flash. Refer to the GIF above.
Now take the two scope clamps and glue them on top of the scope aligning them with the bottom of the scope attachment as seen above. This can be glued using any Hot glue, superglue or epoxy.
If you followed all the steps above, you should have a finished Han solo Blaster. Please note: I recommend using Epoxy Glue throughout the assembly process as it bonds the parts very well. It is a lot easier to work on sanding and painting the blaster when it is in parts. And assembly is now easy and painless.
Hope you enjoy your new Han Solo Blaster :)
