Take two halves of the main body, apply epoxy or superglue and align two halves as shown above.
Clamp two halves if necessary and wait for glue to set.
Take the main body and handle. Using Epoxy glue attach the handle to the main body as shown above. You can use Hot glue, but epoxy glue will be the strongest. Leave for the glue to set.
Now take the barrel part and glue it to the main body like shown above. You can use epoxy glue or superglue. Leave for glue to set.
Next take the Muzzle flash and glue it onto a barrel like shown above. Once again epoxy glue can be used throughout the assembly and is the strongest, but you can use other adhesives that bonds plastic.
Leave for the glue to set.
Now glue the scope attachment onto the main body like shown above. There is a an imprint on the main body that matches the attachment for easy alignment. Epoxy glue is recommended leave for the glue to set.
Lets assemble to scope. It comes in two parts that can only fit together one way. Follow the GIF above to see how it goes together. Now again glue both pieces together.
Now finally glue the scope to the attachment like shown above. The dial on the scope has to face away from the blaster. Use Epoxy glue to make sure it stays in place rock solid. Leave for the glue to set.
If you followed all the steps above, you should have a finished ESB Han solo Blaster. Please note: I recommend using Epoxy Glue throughout the assembly process as it bonds the parts very well. It is a lot easier to work on sanding and painting the blaster when it is in parts. And assembly is now easy and painless.
Hope you enjoy your new Han Solo Blaster :)
